Celebrate Spring – Presenting Spring’s Bounty in Image & Recipe

Done! Scroll down to view my very first video. So much fun I’ve had creating this Celebrate Spring video featuring seven healthy and delicious recipes for spring. You’ll also see many of your favorite spring fruit, flower and vegetable portraits in this new video.

The adventure began just yesterday morning.  An email suggesting the animoto.com website caught my interest. I went straight to their site and started creating a video. Within the hour I felt hooked enough to upgrade my account. I can now make videos longer than 30 seconds.

More videos coming
Many more tricks to learn about making videos. Yet, even before hearing from you, I’ve already begun creating my second video. Look forward to future videos featuring new dishes with step-by-step recipes and images for preparing them. In the coming weeks I’ll also add a few videos on other topics as new ideas come to mind and fruition.

  1. How fun, you’re videos are just the right length (especially if you are a person who is behind on her blog reading). I’ll have to check out for myself, if you don’t mind me stealing an idea from you!

  2. What a delight! Thank you, Janice, for the little vacation. Now, I am off to pick some rhubarb!

  3. Delightful video, Janice. I loved it. So glad you included a fennel recipe since I have extra in my fridge and wasn’t sure what to make with it. Just need a couple of the ingredients and I’m ready to eat.

  4. Wow!!! Janice – my beautiful sister Janice – this is just wonderful.
The marriage of music and your photographs bring life to the subjects. For a first effort you are to be commended for the undertaking and the results.
Looking forward to the full length movie!

    1. Thank you, Sharon! so glad you enjoyed the video as I so enjoyed creating it. You will be waiting a long, long time for that full length movie, as my current account allows only up to a ten-minute video.
