Let’s celebrate spring with lighter dishes and quick and easy cooking techniques. We’ll prepare and enjoy an abundance of spring fruits and vegetables. All recipes are gluten-free, and except for the frittata, are also dairy-free.
Take home new ideas and tips for healthier meals along with your folder of class recipes.

Gain a basic understanding of the traditional art of fermentation. Learn to prepare a variety of beverages, appetizers, condiments, pickles and a dessert. Sample everything we make. Discover how easy it is to incorporate fermented foods in your diet.
