March and April’s healthy cooking classes celebrate spring’s bounty. Healthy Cooking Classes – Picture Gallery & Spring MenusAsparagus and strawberries, baby greens and peas, spicy radishes and tart rhubarb. These small demonstration-style classes provide an excellent forum for exploring new foods and recipes. Plus they’re a great way to learn the tips and techniques that make preparing healthier meals at home more enjoyable.

My years standing at the stove in both professional and home kitchens have increased rather than dulled my enjoyment of cooking. And I love sharing my passion and joy with you—especially as it inspires you to cook for family and friends.

Take a gander at some of the pictures from the very popular Winter 2015 classes. January’s class celebrated the bright and bold foods and flavors of Morocco.
