The yogurt cheese appetizers are delicious! I have made both recipes for my friends, and they love them. If you haven’t tried the sliced apple, fig jam and yogurt cheese appetizer, you must try it. The recipe with the spearmint, zatar, sumac berries, and greek olives served with crackers is so unusual and so good that you will want to serve it whenever you take an appetizer to a friend’s home or a party!
