All in a day’s journey

Our journey begins with the creamiest Hummus with Preserved Lemon, combining Morocco’s famous and easily made preserved Lemons with Hummus, a staple food of each of the countries of the Eastern Mediterranean.

Italy’s luxuriously creamy Roasted Asparagus Risotto gets its heightened color and flavor from asparagus and spinach, two of springs superfoods.Mediterranean Flavors Cooking Class – Saturday, May 19th Bozeman, Montana

Lebanon’s sweet and tart Pomegranate Molasses boldly flavors a classic French vinaigrette dressing and salad of spring greens.

Our journey comes to a delicious conclusion with my gluten-free adaptation of Israeli-born Yotam Ottolenghi’s moist Beet and Ginger Cake.
