  1. Hi Janice,
I was wondering if you were having any cooking classes in the near future? Also do you have any published cookbooks.

    Thank you
    Joy

    1. Hi Joy,
Yes, I’ll resume teaching one class a month as of January 16, 2016, here in Bozeman, MT. That menu is still being worked on as a couple of the people that have signed up for that class have health concerns I’d like to address. All of my classes focus on plant based recipes using seasonal produce. I’ll put up more information on the winter classes soon. Have you any specific things you would like to learn how to cook?

  2. Hi there, I’m relocating to Bozeman in mid August. I wanted to know if there were any retreats or classes in late August, early September.
    Thanks!!!

    1. Thanks for writing, Angela,
I haven’t yet scheduled any summer classes. When I do, I’ll post them on my site. Good luck on your move to Bozeman. . .a wonderful place to live.

BTW, when you sign up to “follow” the site (box on the top right hand corner), you’ll receive an email announcement as soon as classes are announced and new posts published.

    1. Thanks for writing, Linda, I have two events coming up in July. I am planning a post this weekend on them, but now you’ll be the first to know.
The first class will be the evening of July 17th on Easy and Elegant Recipes for Summer Entertaining. It will take place here in Bozeman at Sola Presta. For more information and to register go to ClaudiasMesa.com/reservations.
The next event will be an all day retreat on July 29th at a beautiful new retreat center along the Gallatin River. The retreat will include yoga, the inner art of cooking, a cooking class featuring Salade Nicoise with lunch in the garden under the elm tree, meditation and another surprise being worked on right now. I will have more info on this retreat on the site early next week.
Let me know if you are interested in learning something specific, and I’ll see what I can do to incorporate it into future classes.
